The Ordering Process

bullet 2 U.S. Deeds will prepare the deed and related state transfer forms and deliver them to you via email.
bullet 3 You have the documents signed and return the originals to us.
bullet 4 We assemble the signed documents and deliver them to the appropriate office for recording (electronically, where available, or by certified mail).
bullet 5 After recording, the county or municipal office returns the recorded documents directly to you.

Price includes attorney preparation of all necessary transfer documents and delivery of the documents for recording. Preparation fees do not include county recording costs or any transfer tax that may be imposed.
