If you or your client is unable to supply a copy of the last recorded deed for the property to be transferred, our deed search provider can obtain one for you. |

| Billing Policy |
| An invoice is provided with each document order
and billing statements are sent monthly. We ask that you remit
payment of the balance indicated on your monthly statement within
21 days of the statement date so that payment can be reflected
on the next month's billing. Any balance due but unpaid
after 30 days will accrue a finance charge equal to 18% per annum. |
